Our Methodology

We rank businesses based on a comprehensive evaluation of customer reviews, industry certifications, and business practices. Our ranking algorithm considers multiple factors including customer satisfaction scores, response times, quality of work, and industry standing.

We visit the actual locations and we talk with management and often the owners of businesses. We talk with customers and members of the local community about how they feel about the businesses being reviewed. Often, it is community members who make the recommendations for our lists.

Our team is often a customer of the businesses on this list, and the list is likely a representation of how enjoyable and how professional our personal experiences have been.

We take online reviews into heavy consideration, but online reviews do not mean everything. Often, if you actually read the online reviews, negative ones are often due to the actions or lack of knowledge by the customer. We have seen negative reviews where a business was given a low ranking because the customer went to the wrong location because an address was listed incorrectly on another site, or because the business was not willing to give a discount because of a long wait due to the business's own popularity.

The online reviews have to be read and taken into perspective. We feel it is important to remind everyone that humans are often emotional and irrational. And we need to remind everyone that people are far more willing to post an online review from a negative experience than they are a positive experience. All of that is taken into consideration.
